Cavalry Biosciences develops medicines that direct the regenerative effects of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) to specific tissues. Its antibody-biologic conjugate platform combines engineered IGF-1 with tissue-targeting antibodies. Investigational programmes include CAV-011 for corneal regeneration, CAV-033 for skeletal muscle and CAV-044 targeting Schwann cells to promote remyelination in peripheral neuropathies.
