Bondus

Bondus is a Dutch microfluidic manufacturing company that helps diagnostic and life-science developers turn small fluid-handling devices into repeatable, scalable products. It develops processes for bonding polymer layers while preserving microscopic channels, producing sealed devices, flow cells and manifolds for lab-on-a-chip systems, point-of-care diagnostics and biosensors. Its services span prototyping, process validation and recurring contract manufacturing, including bonding, coating, assembly, CNC machining and micro-dispensing. Bondus also manufactures microfluidic organoid plates with structured culture environments in standard 96- or 384-well formats, and supplies hardware and coating processes for three-dimensional tissue research. Customers use these manufacturing capabilities to move from a working laboratory design to controlled production. The company operates in Zwolle and describes an ISO 13485-certified quality management system for manufacturing bonded polymer microfluidic products.
