Alceus Bio is a Cambridge biotechnology company founded in 2024 that combines AI-driven protein and peptide design with immune-cell programming. It is developing engineered CAR-T cell therapies for solid cancers, using a multimodal architecture intended to address tumour resistance. Its founders are Alexander Evans, Alberto Conti and Rahul Roychoudhuri.
