At the March 2025 LSI USA presentation (published 2025-05-16), Craig Cook, presenting for CEO Rotem Kopel, said **USD 7M had been secured as part of the spin-off**, while a **USD 40M Series A was being raised**, with a lead already present and a co-lead sought. Investor names, instrument, exact closing date and valuation were not disclosed. The USD 40M is a fundraising target, **not a closed round**. He separately described **USD 50M invested in the seven-year development project**, not equity raised by the new company.
