Dexory develops autonomous mobile robots and AI software that give warehouse operators a continuously updated view of their physical operations. Its robots collect inventory and storage data using sensors and imaging; the DexoryView platform turns those observations into a digital twin and actionable intelligence about stock locations, discrepancies, capacity and operational risks. Modules help operators validate inventory, identify storage damage or hazards, optimise utilisation and coordinate decisions with warehouse systems. The full-stack robotics, computer-vision and analytics technology serves logistics providers, manufacturers and distribution centres. Founded in 2015 as BotsAndUs, the business publicly rebranded as Dexory in November 2022; its UK legal company subsequently changed its registered name in January 2023.

Eurazeo’s April 2026 workshop, slide 35, explicitly places Dexory in EGF IV’s December 2025 portfolio. The issuer independently confirms Eurazeo led the USD100m Series C on 14 October 2025 within a broader USD165m financing package, including an expanded Bootstrap Europe debt facility. The arithmetic USD65m remainder is not asserted as the debt amount: the issuer does not disclose every component. Existing canonical round 22370 is used; duplicate 38049 retains its personal-investor evidence pending consolidation. Canonical 2024 round 22375 retains amount unknown: the 1 October issuer announcement describes USD80m combined equity and growth debt, with no equity split. Duplicate 38051’s imported USD80m is preserved as combined-package evidence, not proven pure equity. No round or individual ticket is invented. Latitude’s holding-only round 46797 remains intact. Dexory and native BotsAndUs are the same UK issuer, company 09448674: public rebranding occurred in November 2022, and its registered name changed 19 January 2023. They require deliberate consolidation, retaining prior investments and identities. The live directory has four executives, supplemented by named event/webinar staff and the official six active directors: three founders, Ben Blume, Michael Rager and Raluca Ragab. Christoph Schuh, Ida Brun, Oliver Finch and Russell Buckley resigned. Registered names Benjamin Adam Blume, Andrei Radu Danescu, Adrian Leonard Negoita and Oana Andreea Jinga are aliases of their verified professional names. Andrei Danescu’s imported Atomico Investor role remains unverified and untouched. Dexory sales employee Ryan Thomas is distinct from the game-development founder mentioned in Chris Gong’s native biography.
